We are a small niche firm of Attorneys & Conveyancers specializing largely in the commercial, banking, property and construction sectors of law. We believe in connecting people and clients via the various facets of law we specialize in.
Our service is of such a nature that most of our clients are recurring and many have been with this firm since its inception.

George heads up the construction and commercial division of the practice which is based in George with an office in Cape Town.
George has vast experience in construction and commercial litigation and focuses on disputes and construction claims, mainly in the large scale civil construction sector.
He specializes in international FIDIC, NEC3, NEC4, JCT and E5 construction contracts and on a national level advises client’s on the use of the JBCC, COLTO and the General Conditions Building contracts.
His clients include national and international construction firms and he also advises clients in the mining sector.
Further to his extensive past experience in construction and mining litigation, as discussed under the Notable Matters/Past Projects section, George is regularly called upon to advise in risk assessments in commercial purchases and the drafting of bespoke commercial and construction contracts relating thereto.

Loren heads up the conveyancing department and is based mainly at the George office. She joined the practice in February 2001 and has gained vast experience in her chosen field during the past 22 years.
Prior to this she was senior assessor at SARS where she concentrated on income tax. She has a strong accounting and finance background. Her conveyancing experience includes property transfers, both full title and sectional title, registration of sectional title schemes, bond registrations as well as miscellaneous matters relating to property, which include the registration of servitudes, rights of way, notarial tie agreements, usufructs, sub-divisions and various endorsement applications.
Loren has attended to various large developments in the Southern Cape including full title and sectional title schemes.
